There's so many winter songs and many of them have a snowman in the song! So today, let's craft a snowman and use them in winter songs like Frosty the Snowman.

While you make this craft, listen to a winter playlist or get in the snowman mood with the video linked below!

Materials:

• Paper (White, Black, Orange, Brown)
• Colored cardstock
• Scissors
• Glue
• Black Marker

Activity:

• Take white paper and cut it into 3 strips (one should be thinner than the two)
• Glue the ends of the paper strips together to create a paper roll
• Glue one of the larger paper rolls onto a cardstock paper
• Take the second large roll and glue that above the first roll, then glue the smallest roll right above it
• Cut out half a circle from the black paper, then stick it on top of the smallest roll
• Cut out a strip from the black paper, glue the ends, and create a roll
• To decorate the hat, cut out a thin strip of blue paper and stick it around the bottom of the black paper roll, then stick this above the semicircle
• Cut out branches from the brown paper, and stick them on the snowman
• Draw eyes, mouths, and buttons with the black marker
• Using orange paper cut out a small triangle to make the nose and glue it on the snowman
