Activity:

Today, we're crafting a ladybug! But here's also a list of songs you can use the newly made ladybug to before we get started on the crafts!

Here are some kids songs featuring ladybugs:

1. "Ladybug, Ladybug" - a traditional nursery rhyme about a ladybug flying through the air
2. "The Ladybug Picnic" - a song from the popular children's show "Sesame Street"
3. "Ladybug, Ladybug, Fly Away Home" - a children's folk song about a ladybug flying off to find a new home

Instructions:

1. Punch four circles on a piece of color paper using a circle puncher (if you do not have one, simply cutting out circles using scissors will work!)
2. Fold three of the circles in half
3. Apply glue on two of the circles that are folded in half, then glue them onto the full circle
4. Put some glue on both halves of the third circle (the remaining circle) and glue this in the middle, attaching the ends together
5. Draw black dots on the ladybug’s body and draw a tiny head
6. Glue the head to the body and cover the head in black color
7. Lastly add the googly eyes

Repeat steps 1-7 using a different color paper!
